The Board of Inquiry into the McCrae landslide will hold public hearings, starting Wednesday 7 May 2025. These will be held at the County Court of Victoria, 250 William Street, Melbourne.
Hearings provide a valuable opportunity for us to hear from people with information relevant to the Board of Inquiry’s Terms of Reference.
The hearings will be open to the public, but there is limited seating available. Click on the live streaming link at the top of this page to watch the hearings remotely. Transcripts of the hearings will also be available.
Applications by interested parties for leave to appear at a hearing should be made in accordance with Practice Direction No. 2 – Leave to Appear (PDF, 230KB). All applications are considered by the Chair, and the Inquiry will respond to all applications received.
